Overview
Tolloop ("we", "us") allows any registered user to permanently delete their account and personal data at any time, free of charge. This page explains the available methods, what data is removed, what data may be retained for legal reasons, and how long the process takes.

Option 1 — Delete your account from inside the app
- Open the Tolloop app and sign in.
- Open the side Drawer (top-left menu).
- Go to Profile → Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address registered on your Tolloop account to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your full name and the phone number on file so we can verify your identity.
We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What data is deleted
The following personal data is permanently removed from our active systems:
- Profile information (name, email, phone number, country, profile photo)
- Password and authentication tokens
- Provider profile and listings (if any)
- Wishlist, subscription requests, and contracts associated with you
- In-app chat messages you sent
- Push notification (FCM) tokens
- Support tickets and feedback you submitted
- Device identifiers and crash logs tied to your account
What data may be retained
Certain records are retained for the period required by law or to protect other users, even after account deletion:
- Financial / billing records: up to 7 years, as required by tax and accounting law.
- Abuse, fraud, or safety records: retained where necessary to prevent re-registration of banned users or to comply with legal obligations.
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics: retained indefinitely; this data cannot be linked back to you.
- Backups: residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, after which they are overwritten.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account, listings, contracts, chat history, and any in-app credits. If you only want to take a break, you can sign out of the app instead.
Processing time
- Immediate: your account is deactivated and you are signed out of all devices.
- Within 30 days: personal data is permanently deleted from our active production systems.
- Within 90 days: personal data is removed from rolling encrypted backups.
