You will always know where your case stands. Every report gets a status — Pending, Under Review, Resolved — and you are notified the moment action is taken.
Graduated consequences
We do not jump straight to bans. Providers first receive warnings with clear explanations. Only repeated or severe violations lead to account restrictions or removal.

From the moment you submit a report to the final decision — here is exactly what happens behind the scenes.
You report the issue
Tap "Report Provider" on any profile, pick a category (scam, misbehavior, harassment, fake listing, etc.) and describe what happened. Attach up to 3 screenshots as evidence.
Admin is notified instantly
The moment you submit, our moderation team receives a real-time alert. Your in-app notification confirms we got it.
Full-context investigation
Moderators review every signal — the full chat history between you and the provider, contracts, wishlists, comments, and the provider's record with other users. Nothing is decided in isolation.
Fair decision
Based on evidence, one of three outcomes: the report is dismissed (no grounds), a warning is issued to the provider, or the account is restricted. You are notified of the outcome.
Right to appeal
If a provider is blocked, they can submit an appeal with context. Our team reviews appeals carefully — genuine misunderstandings do get resolved and accounts restored.

Providers get up to 3 documented warnings with specific feedback before an account is automatically restricted. This gives everyone a chance to improve.

Life happens. Missed messages, slow responses, or genuine misunderstandings are treated with empathy — not punishment.
Bad-faith reports are penalised
Filing false reports to harm competitors or settle scores is a violation of our terms. We track patterns and take action.

If you are the one paying

- Your full chat history is safely stored and reviewed by our team as evidence.
- You receive an instant confirmation notification, and updates at every stage.
- If a provider is found guilty, they are warned or removed so they cannot hurt others.
If you are the one selling
- You are never punished based on a single complaint — we review the full relationship first.
- Warnings come with clear, specific explanations so you know exactly what to improve.
- You have a right to appeal any warning or block with your side of the story.

Safety FAQs
How long does an investigation take?
Most reports are reviewed within 48 hours. Complex cases involving extensive chat history or multiple reports may take up to 5 business days. You'll be notified the moment a decision is made.
What evidence should I include?
Screenshots of the conversation, payment receipts, any ads or promises the provider made, and a clear written description. The more specific you are, the faster and more accurately we can act.
Will the provider know I reported them?
No. Reports are strictly confidential. The provider will only see the outcome (a warning or block) — never the reporter's identity.
What if I'm a provider who was wrongly reported?
You can appeal any warning or block directly through the app. Our team will review the full chat history, contracts, and your overall standing before making a final call. Good-faith providers have nothing to fear.
Does Tolloop handle refunds if I lose money?
Tolloop is a connection platform — payments happen directly between buyer and provider. However, if a provider is found guilty of scam or fraud, they are removed from the platform and we cooperate with law enforcement when asked.
